High Desert Cellars and Wine Tasting is located on the scenic and historically significant Butterfield Stagecoach route in the town of Rosamond. It is a short drive down the hill from Tehachapi. It is a nice spot where you can experience the quality of wine pressed from grapes grown in the Antelope Valley
"We offer complimentary wine tasting, so we can make sure you are picking a wine that you like," the Owner, Efren Chavez, said.
They also offer a Wine Club. There is no fee associated with their Cellarmaster Wine Club. Members of this club receive a discount and first chance to purchase new releases as they become available. The Cellarmasters get advance notice of releases, release parties and VIP tasting.
"It is a great place to purchase wine both, red and white, for a multitude of occasions whether it is a Christmas gift, New's Year's Eve gift, a housewarming or just to drink with a meal," Chavez said.
The tasting room is open Thursday through Saturday 11 am to 6 pm. It is on the corner of Tehachapi Willowsprings Road at 3045 90th Street West Suite A so it is a short jaunt down the road to the beginning of a tasty relationship.
